In the Dynamic Plugin SDK repo we'll have a lot for plugin developers, this is all great, but we'll need a test scenario so we can manually execute tests against it to make sure we are not breaking a potential plugin developer.

Acceptance Criteria

• Copy/Move the Dynamic Demo Plugin over from OpenShIft Console to the SDK
• Hook up anything import related (ideally we do this via an npm install)
• Test setup will need to use our Sample App
