[AS/BS]: Git Repo URL screen - update microcopy

      On the Application > "Git Repo URL" screen make following updates to make it clear that user is validating that system can reach the repo and not validating the repo itself

      OLD - 'validating' to 'validating authentication'
      OLD - 'validated' to 'validated authentication'

      • 'validating' to 'checking access'
      • 'validated' to "access validated'
