Description

As a user, I want to quickly see the most relevant status of my commit as it relates to the status of the pipline runs for the commit.

Acceptance Criteria

• it should display the most relevant status of all pipeline runs in accordance with the priority order defined by ux
• it should interact to open a side panel
  • it should support filtering based on the status of all pipeline runs
  • it should display information about the current pipeline run
  • it should support navigation between pipeline runs which match the filter
