As a user, I want to have access to all my historical pipeline runs

Acceptance Criteria

• it should read from both etcd and tekton results for pipeline runs and task runs
• it should de-dupe entries from etcd and tekton results

Details

• implementation should hide from the consumer that a pipeline run comes from etcd or tekton results
• when it comes to sorting and filtering, we should support the lowest common denominator of functionality
