      Follow-up to PD-1324, HAC-2393 and AGENT-414

      We are merging https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/uhc-portal/-/merge_requests/3684 with the "learn more" footer links removed while we wait for the documentation URLs for these links. Adding all the links for each permutation of cloud type and installation type will resolve this issue.

      There is a spreadsheet for tracking/collecting the URLs we need here.
