[AS/BS] Delete application - update error message on confirmation modal

      AS/BS audit identified following bug:

      1. Delete application confirmation model message does not match with the final design. The message should be, "The application <placeholder> will be deleted permanently with all of it’s components. The deleted application will be promoted manually or automatically based on the deployment strategy of each environment."
