Description

As a user, I want to be able to see the help topics side bar get updated as I move from one page to the other. This will help me get the help in the context of the page that i am viewing currently.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should update the help topics sidebar based on the context of the current page.
• Should show all the help topics that are there in the current page.
• Should show an empty state if there are no help topics in current page and the side bar is open.

Note - This might require changes at the console dot platform level and we'll need to collaborate with the consoledot team for it.
