Description

Implement a common ResourceSummary component in the HAC SDK that lists common resource attributes with the goal of creating a consistent experience for viewing resource details across applications. (Refer to the ResourceSummary component in Openshift Console for cues: https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/master/frontend/public/components/utils/details-page.tsx#L51)

There are examples of this in OpenShift Console.

This story may require discussion with the design team to identify the common attributes that could apply to a resource summary component while considering cluster details, workspaces and other types of resources.
