      This story deals with:

      1. Replacing the "basic" and "admin" doc links with a single "Understand the OCM role types" link
      2. Removing the tooltips after "Basic OCM role" and "Admin OCM role" and providing a combined tooltip at the begining of (should this be at the end of?) the single "Understand the OCM role types" link.
