When a user tries to create a component with the name, that is already taken by some other component, the error is shown. Once the user fixes the name and clicks the tick, the error doesn't disappear and the Create button is not enabled. On the other hand, when the user doesn't fix the name and clicks the cross, the Create button is enabled (however after clicking shows the error again).
