As we keep adding more options to the /create page, the complexity of finding a specific option grows. 

According to the latest usability testing findings, users missed the ROSA create cluster option, as it is located under the page fold. 

Goal

Simplify the flow of cluster creation by providing users with a better experience. 

Things to consider

• View the ACM catalog view, and try aligning on funneling users by starting from "Select infrastructure provider" first. 
• Provide existing users quick choices such as: "Recently created"/ Active subscriptions/ Saved credentials/ Associated account options.
