the the ROSA wizard, some tracking events are not firing, due an unhandled error.

(e.g. the "refresh ARNs" event, or "associate AWS account")

steps to reproduce

• log in to the openshift console
• navigate to clusters, and click "create cluster"
• choose the ROSA wizard
• in the first step, click "refresh ARNs"

expected result

an event should fire, and be tracked on Segment

actual result

no event is fired, as the execution is halted due to a client error
