Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://console.dev.redhat.com/hac/app-studio/
2. Delete old application, if you have and create new one.
3. On Select source click on Start with a sample.
4. I have clicked on Basic Node.js until Create button was visible, then I have clicked on Basic Quarkus and I have waited until Create button was enabled, then clicked on it.
5. The page with application details showed up and the Quarkus component was building.
6. I get back to this page after 30 minutes and tried to refresh the page, and I get a page Something went wrong and after another refresh the error showed up:
7. The page was working in new incognito tab.
