In our AWS associate modal we should clarify why one would choose admin or basic ocmrole.

• This should be visible text, ie: not in a popup or behind a link.
• fit somewhere before or beside the ocm-role commands to help a new user make the decision between the two
• Maybe a floating tip box of some kind?
• This needs to be consistent with documentation. Docs team may need to be consulted.
