If a previously authorized private repo is entered in the source field and there are no existing SPIAccessTokenBindings available, the source input field gets stuck validating.

Steps:

• Delete all SPIAccessTokenBindings (oc delete SPIAccessTokenBinding --all) or at least all bindings for the repo
• Enter a private repo that has previously been authenticated
• Source field gets stuck validating

The network tab shows that a new binding is being created but it is not watched for status changes.

Expected behaviour:
Source field should not get stuck validating
