- Create application and Add component flows use latest PF wizard from https://github.com/patternfly-labs/formik-pf
- Validation of application name occurs during Step 1 of the wizard
- UI should not include replicas, and should include instances
- Default application name in the Create application flow should be My Application
- Wizard title should be Create application (invoked by Create application button)
- Step 1 name of Create application wizard should be Name application
- Wizard title should be Add component (invoked by clicking Add component link)
