in the ROSA wizard's first step, clicking the "associate AWS account" button for the first couple of time, does not do anything but close its dropdown.

only after clicking it several times, the modal will open.

steps to reproduce

1. login to OCM UI
2. navigate to the clusters list, and click "create cluster"
3. choose the ROSA cluster creation
4. open the AWS accounts dropdown, and click the "associate AWS account" button

expected result

the "associate AWS account" modal dialog should be opened

actual result

the dialog does not open, and it takes several attempts to make it work (usually 3 times)
