We don’t want everyone to need to implement filtering (at least the common filtering) across the different applications for our new Table component. 

Acceptance Criteria

• Keep the table as simple as possible and as a presentational component.
• Expose common utility for filtering and consuming apps can decide if they write custom handlers or use our default.
