As QE for RHEL Atomic Host,

I would like to create an atomic host test container,

So atomic-host-tests can run inside the container.

Acceptance Criteria

• Atomic host tests dependencies are included in the container
• Atomic host tests can successfully run in the container
• The container can be used as a jenkins worker to run tests (similar to how the pipeline does with cosa)
