As a user of kam, I want to know how I can safely store the secrets that are generated by kam in my Git repository. kam should tell me the steps required after using bootstrap.

Acceptance criteria:

• Some general documentation exist on how to convert the secrets created by kam into a SealedSecret resource so that they can be stored in Git and consumed by the cluster
• kam bootstrap command gives users hints on what to do with the secrets
