Failed to install GitOps operator: intersecting operatorgroups provide the same apis

    Description

      I tried to install the 1.1.0 version of the GitOps operator but it failed with the message:

      Failed: intersecting operatorgroups provide the same apis

      The TP version was not already installed, however, the 1.3.1 version of the RH OpenShift Pipelines operator was.
