To ensure that GitOps operator continues to work until upgraded, post an OCP upgrade, interop testing is needed. with the upcoming version of OCP.

These tests must be automated to ensure that this trigger automatically based on UMB messages and update the results to the interop team.  This story has a dependency of the CPaaS/Downstream e2e test infrastructure.

Acceptance Criteria

• add automated tests to cover interop tests in downstream/CPaaS test
