[Operator] Delete an Application through GitOps Operator

As an user when I create an Argo CD app and try to delete it (the way I tried to delete the App: openshift-gitops project -> Installed Operators -> Application -> click the App and delete the application) The Application got deleted in the Argo CD UI, but the deployments were still present.
