Story (Required)

• We need to create e2e tests for the Image Updater CRD in the ArgoCD Operator, targeting the following test suite location: https://github.com/argoproj-labs/argocd-operator/tree/master/tests/ginkgo

• We can only create these tests after the ImageUpdater CRD 1.0.0 release, because the tests must create an ImageUpdater controller Deployment that uses the image quay.io/argoprojlabs/argocd-image-updater:latest.

• The quay.io/argoprojlabs/argocd-image-updater:latest image currently points to the annotation-based build.
