Add tests in `test/openshift/e2e/ginkgo/parallel/1-007_validate_volume_mounts_test.go` in gitops-operator to validate volume mount support for dex container introduced in https://github.com/argoproj-labs/argocd-operator/pull/1693 

Background and Approach (Required)

Refer the kuttl tests in upstream: https://github.com/argoproj-labs/argocd-operator/pull/1693 for test scenarios. Mainly, test if extra volumes mounted via ArgoCD CR are present in addition to default ones.
