Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/gitops/gitops-components-automated-testing and run:

sh scripts/argocd-e2e-test-single.sh TestHookDiff

Expected results:

This ArgoCD E2E test should pass against any GitOps Operator and OCP version.

Acceptance criteria: 

• Fix the error of the test failure
• Verify with the few combinations of operator and OCP version
