• Current workflow: Engineer managers monitor the gitops support forum, and assign questions to SMEs. 
• Expected workflow: 
  • Investigate if possible to assign questions by chatbot
  • Investigate if it's possible to search the channel history to provide an answer to users.
• Advantages: 
  • increase the productivity
