 Create unit tests to verify the functionality of retrieving child resources for an Argo CD application during reconciliation. These tests should cover both direct child retrieval from the repository server and descendant resource retrieval using the resource-relation-lookup ConfigMap.}

Acceptance Criteria

• The unit test should verify that the correct child resources are fetched and returned.
• The unit test should verify that the correct descendant resources are fetched recursively from the ConfigMap.
