There are some image-updater PRs raised by dependabot to upgrade some dependencies, but many of them failed the CI jobs. Will need to investigate the cause and resolve the failures.

One of the upgrades is from argo-cd 2.13.0 to 2.13.1, which will bring with it many of its transitive dependencies, and some of them overlap with the dependabot PRs.
