Currently we have no ci for our operator-e2e tests.

Konflux should provide us with resurces to have reasonably fast way to run the ci against real deployment.

We want to do more large-scale changes to kuttl tests in our stabilization effort, having e2e would help with that.

This would serve as a POC for pipelines that we could use later on for release testing of other components we will be building in konflux.
