Test Steps:

1. After install gitops-operator and pipelines-operator, go to Workloads > Deployments
2. Select openshift-operators in Project dropdown
3. Select gitops-operator-controller-manager
4. Click CSV gitops-operator.v.x.x.x and go to the CSV details page
5. Select YAML tab
6. Search “env:” and append below to the end of the env vars list

• name: DYNAMIC_PLUGIN_START_OCP_VERSION
    value: 4.12.0
  7. Click “Save” and “Reload” and dynamic plugin is ready for test
  8. Confirm dynamic plugin works just like static (you can also check the URL, for dynamic plugin it will be /envdynamic not /environments)
