Description of problem: 

Incorrect release notes displayed on the GitOps Operator detail page in the web console.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install GitOps operator version 1.12+
2. Go to the details page of the operator on OCP web console
3. Check the release notes mentioned on the right side

Expected results:

Latest release notes should be visible
