Before this update, the number of replicas for the Argo Rollouts controller could not be configured through the RolloutManager custom resource (CR) in Argo Rollouts. This update adds support for enabling High Availability (HA) by introducing a new .spec.ha field in the RolloutManager CR. When enabled, the operator automatically sets the number of replicas to 2, activates leader election, and applies default anti-affinity rules to ensure redundancy and reliability.
