The purpose of this task is to verify all the KUTTL tests included for v1.14.0 by installing the RC

Approach:

Note: There is a Z stream test pipeline available now: https://console-openshift-console.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/k8s/ns/devtools-gitops/tekton.dev~v1beta1~Pipeline/z-stream-test-pipeline

1. Clone https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/gitops/gitops-components-automated-testing and checkout to the master branch
2. Run $ make prepare-operator after setting QUAY_USER and IIB_ID
3. Once the catalog source is available, install the operator from operator hub
4. Login into the cluster and execute all sets of tests (which are part of the v1.13.0 Release).
5. Capture the PASS and FAIL test names and paste descriptive logs of the failed tests, so that it can help the team to debug more.
6. Run these tests against older versions and make sure these tests FAIL
7. Lastly, add the required changes to the operator-e2e repo.

Acceptance criteria

• Required tests have been modified in the operator-e2e master branch for v1.13.0 (Known: parallel/1-090_validate_permissions and sequential/1-031_validate_toolchain )
• Required tests have been added to operator-e2e repo
