in argoCD Version 2.11.3 webhook api endpoint is not working for Bitbucket and Azure DevOps

    • Before this fix, the sync trigger on webhook from Bitbucket stopped working. After this fix, the sync trigger on webhooks triggers the refresh automatically.

      Description of problem:

      According to this GitHub Issue:
      https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/pull/18819

      in argocd 2.11.0-2.11.3 the /api/webhook had an issue when called from Bitbucket and azuredevops servers webhooks.

      this impact customer that updated their Openshift gitops to version 1.13

      the fix can be see in this commit in the argocd proj:
