Description of problem:

The OCP console page for applications under gitops-operator doesn't reflect application status. I feel it should reflect .status.health of application.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. deploy openshift-gitops-operator

2. create a sample application

3. check Application section in OCP console under gitops-operator page.

Actual results:

Shows "-" in status column of application. 

Expected results:{}

Should reflect .status.health of application correctly
