Story (Required)

Currently we have been relying on https://github.com/redhat-developer/kam/tree/master/docs/journey/ for showcasing basic gitops Day 1 and Day 2 operations, as well as onboarding people to gitops and getting them more familiar with the product. Since kam will be deprecated (and thus that repo will no longer be used), we should update the documentation to include instructions that achieve the same goals without relying on KAM and put them in a place where users can easily find and utilize them (like our official documentation). 

This should also be used in our minor-release testing procedures.

Acceptance Criteria:

• come up with new instructions for Day 1 and Day 2 operations that do not rely on KAM but still achieve the same goals
• work with documentation team to find a place that is acceptable for these new instructions to live
• make QE aware of these instructions so that they can update their testing processes
