Dynamic Plugin routing errors

Description of problem:

Most likely due to this issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-29526 

When we upgraded the dynamic-plugin-sdk version for other issues, it caused this one with react-router-dom v5/v6 migration. 

In 1.11, when the apps are applied, env page loads but details page crashes (Attached the screenshots)  

In 1.12, when apps are applied, the env and overview pages loads, but the deployment history page crashes due to the way the route is generate (the overview/deploymentHistory gets appended however many times the button on the HorizontalNav element is clicked) (attached the screenshots)
