Description of problem:

• Dev preview icon is shown when its actually a TP feature (Check top right corner in screenshot){}

AWS 4.15, v1.11.1:

• Dynamic plugin should be enabled by default but it is not. Although, seems like relevant resources get created by default
• When we enable dynamic plugin manually after the installation (without the env variable), static plugin is overridden
• When the apps are applied, env page loads but details page crashes (Attached the screenshots)
• Seems like https://issues.redhat.com/browse/GITOPS-2746 is not backported
• If we enable dynamic plugin before installation, static plugin is overridden
• Static plugin does not load (shows buffer icon with and without apps as well)

AWS 4.15, v1.12.0 RC :

• Static plugin work as expected
• Dynamic plugin: Delays with loading the env details page (Did not load even after waiting for 5 mins)
