Before this update, traffic and metric plugins could not be configured or managed natively through the RolloutManager custom resource (CR) in Argo Rollouts. This update adds support for specifying traffic and metric plugins directly in the RolloutManager CR. The operator has been modified to automatically update the ConfigMap whenever these plugin fields are added, modified, or removed. Now, users can manage traffic and metric plugins without manually updating the ConfigMap
