This issue clarifies how to configure CMP (config management plugin) when used by multi-source applications. In this case, the CMP should contain a `discover` field that specifies whether this plugin is applicable for an application source. The affected application source inside the Argo CD application `sources` spec should not configure its `plugin` field.
