Description of problem:

OpenShift GitOps throwing countless "unchanged Application" cluster events for each ApplicationSet resource at every refresh cycle (default 3 mins).

This is a known issue and has been fixed in:

https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/pull/15660

The fix will be included in Argo CD 2.10 but was also backported to 2.9.
Can you make this fix available  in OpenShift GitOps 1.11?
