GitOps Operator Version: 1.11

Since we upgraded our OpenShift GitOps operator instances to 1.11, we've observed a sharp increase in logs produced by the pod: openshift-gitops-operator-controller-manager.

The operator is installed in openshift-gitops along with default instance and also customer has around 7-8 instances running on same cluster.
Did check the logs and not much error logs or warning logs present.

Logs cost us money as they're being sent to Splunk, Daily around 10GB of logs getting generated

Workaround: No
