Epic Goal
- Currently `sourceNamespaces` in the ArgoCD CR supports only valid namespaces and negation operator is not supported. It would be beneficial to provide an exclusion pattern, for instance to exclude all namespaces prefixed with openshift.
Note: This feature needs to be supported in upstream ArgoCD and also in the ArgoCD operator.
