Git repos with dependent helm charts show as failed in Argo repositories even though applications changes are working as expected.

Description of problem:

Git repositories containing dependent helm charts show as failed in the UI (small red x) even though the applications sync as normal

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Git Repo that calls a chart.yaml from an OCI repository

helm repo set up properly (this show as green)

Steps to Reproduce

Create an application with a git repo and a charts.yaml with a helm chart in a private oci repository

create a reposource for the git repo and the helm repo

Actual results:

The git repo will show as failed, the helm repo will show as successful and the application will sync without errors

Expected results:

Application, and repositories should work
