The CEE organisation had asked us whether we can provide updated and extended training material for GitOps Operator and Argo CD, so they can better support our customers.

They came up with a list of topics they'd like to know more about:

      • Detailed Core Architecture
      • Connecting ArgoCD with Github
      • Enterprise Github support scope
      • High Availability
      • Cluster Management with Gitops
      • Gitops with ACM  (integration,management,basics)
      • Basic troubleshooting of GitOps with ACM
      • Manage multiple cluster with ArgoCD
      • NS scope and cluster scope ArgoCD
      • Is there a way to manage OLM via ArgoCD

Ideally, each topic should have a video presentation walking through the topic plus a slide deck or google doc to back up the said things in detail.

      Why is this important?

Better customer support makes happier customers.

The more issues can be solved by first and second level people at CEE, the less issues will trickle down to engineering. This ultimately leaves us with more time to deliver features and fix bugs.
