Failed to deploy a helm chart with dependencies

Customer has an helm chart with a dependency. However, when he tries to run it, he gets this:
"failed exit status 1: Error: An error occurred while checking for chart dependencies. You may need to run helm dependency build to fetch missing dependencies: found in Chart.yaml, but missing in charts/ directory: caas-utility-operator-installer" execID=55a14
Any idea where I would need to start looking? Repo for dep looks accessible:

  I see other dependencies in the logs pulling fine too.Customer is able to run this locally just fine, only seems to fail through argo
