Test issues fixed as part of 1.7.4 release

Test Steps:

1. Access the terminal from any one of the pods in openshift-gitops namespace
2. Run $ rpm -q openssl which should be now updated to openssl-1.1.1k-9.el8_7.<platform name>
3. Run $ rpm -q gnutls which should be now updated to gnutls-3.6.16-6.el8_7.<platform name>

Acceptance Criteria:

• Packages have been updated
