Description of problem:

After cleaning up of resources created with KAM E2E test, dynamic Environment details page shows error logs 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

1.8.0-22 RC

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete KAM day1 day2 journey
2. Clean up resources:
   1. $ oc delete apps --all -n openshift-gitops
   2. $ oc delete ns cicd dev stage new-env
