Document the steps required to Install Argo Rollouts, Update Argo Rollouts and Delete Argo Rollouts.

On a very high level, it should be similar to what we have for Argo CD today.

Background (Required)

This epic adds support for Argo Rollouts in to the GitOps operator. Rollouts will be an additional custom resource that GitOps operator is going to support.

Implementation of Argo Rollouts.

Approach (Required)

The goal is to keep the documentation of Installation, Updation and Deletion similar to Argo CD.

1. Add clear steps on how to install Argo Rollouts.
2. Add clear steps on how to update the Argo Rollouts CR (if required).
3. Add clear steps on how to delete the Argo Rollouts.
